Recreational Gymnastics

Competitive Gymnastics

Mismo’s Team Program provides the opportunity for gymnasts to take their experience to a competitive level. The hard-work team-work philosophies of our team program flow smoothly from those of other Mismo programs.  The team competes at local, state, regional, and national levels, and the gymnasts range from ages 5 to 18. The goal of this program is for every gymnast to reach their individual potential through competitive gymnastics. The Mismo competitive boys and girls teams follow the USA Gymnastics Jr. Olympic Program. Participation is open to all; level placement is based on evaluation. More Information >>

Competitive Cheer

At Mismo, we create leadership and teamwork opportunities at each and every practice.  We teach team members how to form positive relationships with others deal with challenges, and work hard.  They learn determination, positive self-discipline, and integrity, along with many other skills needed beyond cheerleading!!  More Information >>


Fun Activities & Events

MO-FIT OPEN GYM
 T.G.I.F BIRTHDAY PARTIES
Mo-Fit does not teach gymnastics skills. These classes are about showing kids how to enjoy physical activity, whether they are outside playing with friends or participating in a sport.

“Train with the Pros” Mismo is open gym for all children ages 6 and up.  This is a structured time in the gym where kids get to choose which events and skills they want to work on with master level coaches.

Let us entertain your child and their friends while you enjoy an evening out! Drop your kids off at the most kid-friendly place in town for a night of fun, games, and quality time with our energetic coaching staff.
Give your child the ultimate birthday present this year, a birthday bash at Mismo! You bring the children and we’ll do the rest. Kids get time for full throttle fun and games on our equipment, giving your house a break.
